AHRC MEMBERSHIP PLANS

• Plan #1= $60 

              2 adjustments & treatment per month **

• Plan #2= $70

              2 adjustments + 30 minute massage = total of 3 visits per month**

• Plan #3= $80

              2 adjustments + 1 hour massage which can be split into two 30 minute massages= 3-4 visits per month**

**The prices listed above are paid on a monthly basis. All three of the membership plans also include the listed discounts with the participating businesses under the "Members only" section which requires a password. You will receive your password to these discounts once your membership is active. The membership requires a minimum of 6 month participation which can renew with your consent every 6 months. Your card on file will be debited once per month on the day you choose. You may sign up below for one of these three membership plans. Your password will be emailed to you once your account is active.

Cash Plan #1 (basic plan) = $300

 5 visits + 1 FREE= 6 visits total**

Cash Plan #2 (ideal plan) = $720

 12 visits + 2 FREE= 14 visits total**

Cash Plan #3 (family wellness plan) = $1200

 20 visits + 5 FREE= 25 visits total**
