Meet our Doctor

Dr. Lauren Baker, a native of LaMarque, TX  has 11 years experience in the Chiropractic field. She began as a Chiropractic Assistant in Texas City, TX in 1997. She attended her local community college and later Sam Houston State University from '96-'02. She graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in August 2005. She worked as an Associate Doctor for three years in the Galveston and Montgomery area. She has always had a life-long dream to run her own practice.

She is proud to be the new owner of Advanced Health & Rehab Center. The office was formerly owned and operated by Dr. James D. Wetz for 22 years at the same location. Dr. Wetz has served the healthcare needs of the Humble/Kingwood area for many years and Dr. Baker is looking forward to continuing in his footsteps.

Dr. Baker has been a licensed Chiropractor since 2006 and is board certified with the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

 She is knowledgeable in treating children and expectant mothers.

 She is very passionate and dedicated to each and every patient. 

She is bilingual in Spanish.

Meet Betsy! She is Dr. Baker's Insurance Specialist/Consultant. She manages all aspects of insurance collections, verification, personal injury, and attorney cases. She has years of insurance experience and a vast knowledge of handling personal injuries. If you have any insurance questions or accounting issues, she is there for any of your questions at AHRC. She brings laughter, happiness and passion to her position each and every day. She is bilingual in spanish.   

 

Chiropractic Assistant  

Meet Teresita! She is Dr. Baker's Chiropractic Assistant. She assists with treatment and massage. She helps maintain a relaxing environment and takes great care of all the patients at AHRC each and everyday. She has taken great care of patients in the past and she has a bright future with AHRC. She is bilingual in spanish. She is available for massages ranging from 15 to 30 minutes. Massage Therapist

 

 

 Meet R.L.! He is a licensed massage therapist with over 8 years of experience. He offers 1 to 1 1/2 hour massages including deep tissue massage, sports massage, hot stone massage, swedish massage, and reflexology.
